At BangtanPinâ„¢ we are committed to offering quality products. If you receive a product with a provable manufacturing defect, you may request a review within 90 days of delivery.
Covered cases
Replacement or refund requests will only be accepted when the product shows verifiable manufacturing defects, including:
- Functional failures present since receipt of the product.
- Assembly or manufacturing defects.
- Factory-defective components.
- Manufacturing errors that affect normal use of the product.
Cases not covered
Returns, exchanges, or refunds will not be accepted for:
- Damage caused by misuse.
- Impacts, drops, or accidents.
- Normal wear and tear from use.
- Damage caused by liquids, moisture, or exposure to unsuitable conditions.
- Handling, modification, or repair carried out by third parties.
- Use contrary to the product's instructions.
- Change of mind after receiving the order.
Request process

- Order number.
- Clear photographs or videos of the defect.
- Detailed description of the issue.
Our team will review the evidence and respond within a reasonable timeframe. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, BangtanPinâ„¢ may offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Reservation of rights
BangtanPinâ„¢ reserves the right to reject requests when there is insufficient evidence of the manufacturing defect or when the issue was caused by use, wear, or handling after delivery.
